Manila, Philippines – On June 12, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) joined the country in celebrating the 126th Philippine Independence Day themed “Kalayaan, Kinabukasan, Kasaysayan.”
CAAP airports and area centers honored the celebration through conduct of a Flag Raising Ceremony nationwide.
Philippine flags were also prominently displayed in CAAP airports, following the National Flag Day celebration from May 28 to June 12.
Malasakit Help Kits were also distributed to passengers in Bohol-Panglao International Airport today as a gesture of appreciation for passengers.
Lastly, CAAP employees joined the 126th Independence Day Commemorative Program and Parade held at the Rizal Park and Quirino Grandstand.
