“Best regional airport I have visited yet,” Department of Transportation – Philippines Secretary Vince Dizon declares as he inspects Bicol International Airport (BIA) today, 9 May 2025, together with CAAP Director General LTGEN Raul Del Rosario AFP (Ret) and other DOTr-CAAP officials.
The DOTr-CAAP team went to Naga Airport and BIA today as part of the transport sector’s ongoing series of inspections to examine the country’s ports and terminals.
