On CAAP’s first Monday flag raising ceremony for the month of April, Director General LTGEN Raul Del Rosario, AFP (Ret) addressed the CAAP community to share his reflections on his first month as CAAP’s Director General. In his message, DG Del Rosario thanked all CAAP departments for their efforts and commended CAAP’s leaders for their dedicated work towards achieving the goals of the Authority for a safer and better Philippine aviation sector.
DG Del Rosario recalled arriving as a “one man army,” but proudly acknowledged the transformation: “Now, I am the man and you [CAAP employees] are the army.”
In closing, the Director General urged CAAP employees to remain steadfast in improving the Authorityโs processes and service to the public.
The ceremony, hosted by the CAAP Security and Intelligence Service (CSIS), took place at the Authority’s Central Office in Pasay City today, 7 April 2025.
