ASEC Rumohr-Figueroa is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts, Major in Political Science from De La Salle University, Manila, and of the Ateneo Law School (Juris Doctor).

With over a decade of working experience in government — particularly in public administration, public management, public policy, law, research, project management in local government, and stakeholder engagement — Atty. Rumohr has expertise in working in various capacities and under all three branches of the government: the executive, the legislative, and the judiciary.
