The transportation services available at the Bicol International Airport include three denominations namely: tourist transport; shuttle service; and taxi services. These three denominations were given a temporary permit by the CAAP Management to operate in the airport premises pending the award of transportation concession at the Bicol International Airport. This is to ensure that the flying public is afforded with utmost convenience considering that the airport is now in the international level.

Bicol International Airport’s Arrival consists of two different areas – one for the Domestic flights, and the other for international flights.

PASSENGER TERMINAL BUILDING (PTB) – GROUND FLOOR LEVEL

The pre-departure of Bicol International Airport consists of two different areas. One provided for the domestic flights and the other for the international flights.

CHECK-IN AREA

Bicol International Airport has a total of 19 counters. 10 of them are allocated for airlines, two for TIEZA counter, and the rest are reserved for international flights.
